Join us for an inspiring evening of intention-setting, energy shifting, and sound healing under the New Moon. Together, we’ll set our intentions for the new lunar cycle, move through a slow and gentle all-levels yoga flow, enjoy a grounding group meditation, and settle into a serene sound bath to release and realign.
The New Moon brings a unique energy of innovation, freedom, and community. It’s the perfect time to manifest goals related to personal growth, creative problem-solving, and building meaningful connections.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This evening is designed to leave you feeling uplifted, inspired, and at peace—a perfect way to nurture yourself and your intentions.

Discover the profound tranquility of stillness in this unique restorative yoga and relaxing sound journey. The Serenity of Stillness invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner calm through gentle yoga, soothing soundscapes, and mindful relaxation techniques.
In this 2-hour immersive experience, Angela will guide you through deeply restorative yoga poses designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for well-being. Each posture will be complemented by live sound featuring instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs and soft drumming, curated to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, a pathway to greater self-awareness, or simply a moment to unwind, this workshop provides a nurturing environment to rest, recharge, and rediscover your inner serenity. Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and inspired.
The hip joint is crucial to the body's foundation in yoga postures and to the body's stability in daily activities. Unfortunately, we often experience tightness in this joint due to lengthy periods of sitting and/or standing in our everyday lives. In this workshop we work on improving flexibility and strength around the hip joint to promote a good and healthy range of motion. This workshop is great for women, men, young, old, those with a hip issue, or just hip tightness.
This workshop is available in-studio only, spaces are limited to 15 attendees.
The fee for this 2-hour session is $35, Studio Members receive a 20% discount.
